1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on subscription payments made by customers they refer.
• Commissions are earned for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber.

2. Referral Attribution

• A referral is tracked via a unique referral link.
• Referrals are credited on a first referral basis.
• The referral must result in a signup within 90 days of the initial referral click.
• Once a referral is assigned, it cannot be changed.

3. Eligible Commissions

Commissions are earned only on:

• Successfully paid subscription invoices
• Net amounts actually received by JobProof

No commissions are paid on:

• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Failed or unpaid invoices
• Taxes, fees, or credits

If a subscription is canceled or becomes unpaid, commissions stop.

4. Payment Timing

• Commissions are calculated monthly
• Payments become eligible 30 days after the invoice is paid
• Minimum payout threshold is $100

Payments below the minimum roll over to the next payout period.

5. Payout Method

Affiliates are responsible for providing valid payout details. JobProof pays commissions manually via an approved payout method.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Affiliates may not:

• Refer themselves
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Engage in deceptive or misleading promotion
• Violate applicable laws or platform policies

Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Termination

JobProof may terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.

Upon termination:

• Earned and payable commissions remain payable
• No future commissions will accrue

8. Program Changes and Grandfathering

JobProof may modify the Affiliate Program terms for future affiliates at any time.

Changes do not apply retroactively to affiliates who joined under a prior version of the terms.

Each affiliate remains governed by the version accepted at signup.

9. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of JobProof.

10. Acceptance

Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
